After halting their retail operations in 2023, they had teasingly promised it wasn’t their journey’s end in Birmingham.

The news of Yellowhammer’s come back was first conveyed through an Instagram post. For over 15 years, Yellowhammer Creative has remained a significant part of Birmingham’s culture. Its founders, Brandon Watkins and Brett Forsyth, were instrumental in making the return announcement on Instagram. The post revealed that the Yellowhammer Print Shop is set to re-implement retail operations, opening its doors for restricted hours on Saturdays during the Pepper Place Farmers Market.

Shortly after the announcement, Sloss Real Estate confirmed that Yellowhammer Creative plans to reopen at its original location on 2nd Ave S. All lovers of the brand’s iconic merchandise can visit the Yellowhammer Creative store at the Pepper Place location this Saturday. The location address reads 2821 2nd Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35233. For the time being, the operational hours disclosed will be Saturdays from 7AM to 12PM.
