What a game it was on Saturday afternoon at Protective Stadium! The University of Connecticut’s football team staged an incredible comeback to defeat the UAB Blazers, overcoming a substantial deficit and finishing with a score of 31-23. The stadium was packed with 18,351 enthusiastic fans who witnessed one of the most thrilling football games of the season.
A Tale of Two Halves
The first half was dominantly controlled by UAB, who quickly took a lead of 20-3 before heading into halftime.
