Birmingham’s New Sports Bar ‘Do Not Disturb’ Set to Open with Unique Menu and Fun Atmosphere

Birmingham Welcomes New Sports Bar: Do Not Disturb

Birmingham is about to get a fresh addition to its dining and entertainment scene with the opening of Do Not Disturb, a new sports bar located on Lakeshore Parkway. Slated to open in late October, the establishment is nestled near Lowe’s at 350 State Farm Parkway. Local entrepreneur Kelli Caulfield, who is well-known for her ventures with Nola Ice and Broad St Peaux Boys, has joined forces with investors London Jackson and former city council member Johnathan Austin to bring this innovative dining experience to life.

Combining Sports and Food with a Twist

The new bar is designed to be more than just a spot to watch the game; it aims to provide an elevated dine-in experience. With multiple televisions strategically placed throughout the venue, patrons will have ample opportunity to catch their favorite sports events. Caulfield emphasizes that sports have always been an important part of her life and her business partner’s as well. “We enjoy entertainment as a whole, so we’re combining our favorite things into one thing. Sports, food, beer, and fun is the perfect recipe for everything,” Caulfield shared.

A Menu That Stands Out

The menu at Do Not Disturb promises to be a delightful blend of traditional comfort food and unique offerings that reflect the local flavor. Guests can expect dishes like an oyster BLT featuring their signature Broad St. Accents Remoulade Sauce, as well as crawfish grilled cheese and crawfish nachos. One standout item is the lobster corndog, which is sure to pique curiosity among food lovers.

For those looking to share, there’s the Trash Can Charcuterie, which includes fried pickles, pimento cheese topped with bacon jam, fried pork rinds, collard greens and artichoke dip, along with their signature sausage chunks. The bar also offers the Baby Shower Plate, a generous combination of boneless chicken tenders or wings, DND crawfish queso and chips, meatballs, pasta salad, chicken salad, and fried lemon pepper ribs.

Affordable and Enjoyable Dining Experience

Caulfield reassures potential customers that the menu is moderately priced, making it an inviting choice for families and friends looking for a night out. “Our menu, our atmosphere, our team is what sets us apart from anything Birmingham has,” she noted. “It’s not your Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebee’s or any other traditional sports bar.”

Looking Forward to Opening Day

The excitement surrounding Do Not Disturb’s opening is already building in the community. Locals are eager to check out the new dishes, enjoy time with friends, and catch the latest sports games in a comfortable environment. With a fresh concept that aims to blend delicious food with a fun sports atmosphere, Do Not Disturb is poised to be a popular spot in Birmingham.

As the opening day approaches, prospective patrons are encouraged to keep an eye on social media and local announcements for more details. Whether you’re a sports enthusiast, a foodie, or just looking for a great place to hang out, Do Not Disturb is set to bring a new flavor to the Birmingham area.
