In other delicious news, we’ve got several new pizzerias popping up in the Birmingham area. Vocelli Pizza, a brand known for its scrumptious pies and hearty sandwiches, has opened a location just steps away from the UAB campus. With a menu stuffed with Italian favorites, it’s a great spot to grab a slice after class!

And the pizza party doesn’t stop there! Grimaldi’s Pizzeria has also joined the scene at Stadium Trace Village. Longtime employees Eric Wallace and Justin Shubert are thrilled to bring Lag’s back to life! Expect a menu filled with classic breakfast, lunch, and dinner options that are affordable and delicious. Plus, they’re working on a small selection of local beers, wines, and cocktails to enjoy with your meal.

Something New in Tex-Mex

But wait, there’s more! If you’re a fan of Tex-Mex cuisine, you’re going to love Bronco’s Tex Mex, which is expected to open its doors in Birmingham in early 2025. This new spot will be serving up authentic Tex-Mex dishes made with fresh ingredients, including table-side guacamole and mouthwatering mole enchiladas. Can’t wait to dig into some of those tasty flavors!
