On the Hunt for New Music? Check Out These Epic Local Concerts in Birmingham This March!

If you’re on the lookout for new music, the Magic City has got you covered. Birmingham is home to hundreds of local musicians spanning a range of genres, from country and bluegrass to Neo-soul, pop punk, hip-hop, and indie rock. In the month of March, we’re rolling out not just one, not just two, but a staggering 43 local concerts that you wouldn’t want to miss.

March Concerts: Key Highlights

Friday, March 8th

The music scene will be ablaze this weekend with spectacular music events strewn across town. Whether you’re a fan of the melodic and meaningful, or prefer your music to be louder and more energetic, there’s bound to be something that suits your taste.

Starting the month in style is a tribute night for the rapper MF DOOM, with Brother Burch from The Super Villains on the mic and a DJ set by The Laderhosen.

The Factual Brains from Cleveland, Ohio are set to perform alongside Domesticatrix and Rain-2 at The Firehouse, while Dis & Gothlantastan from Atlanta, Georgia will be swinging to their tunes at The Hatch.

And if that’s not enough, don’t miss Andrea Really’s 360 Rave featuring Milk Dub, Samacca, and Snhack at Saturn.

Saturday, March 9th

The Sick F*cks will be performing with Penny Circus and Cody Parson & the Heavy Change at The Nick, while you can headbang to some Metal music featuring Spirit Garden, Karkaza, and others at True Story Brewing.

Sunday, March 10th

Ease into your Monday morning with Sunday night strings featuring The Stepdads, Shawn Hess & Hunter Hicks.

Get your live music fix from Monday to Sunday with outstanding performances from Zoo Culture, Chayse Porter, Birmingham Blues Explosion, Meadows and Godseyes, and many more at Saturn, The Nick, and other locations.
