Huntsville, AL – The local business community is buzzing with the recent acquisition of PuroClean of Huntsville by Allied Emergency Services. This Birmingham-based company, known for operating PuroClean property restoration franchises across several states, has officially taken ownership from 37 Ventures Inc. Hunter Jones, the owner of Allied Emergency Services, will continue to oversee operations in Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Montgomery, Mobile, and now Huntsville. He expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “We’re excited to welcome the Huntsville office to our team and be part of this great city and business community.” With this integration, Huntsville becomes the only city in Alabama’s top five metro areas with local property restoration services under the same ownership, which Jones believes will enhance service, communication, pricing, and accountability throughout the state.

Currently, the Huntsville branch employs six individuals, all of whom will retain their positions following the transition. Allied Emergency Services has plans for growth, anticipating an increase in employee count to ten within the next year. The Huntsville office provides a range of services including water and fire restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard services. This complements the existing array of services offered by Allied across their franchises. The transition will also see Allied assume the lease for the business property previously held by the seller, ensuring continuity in operations.
