Local Catering Company ‘Feast’ Set to Open New Brick & Mortar in Crestline Village on July 1st

In an exciting culinary development, local Birmingham catering company, Feast, will soon be serving up their delicious, flavor-filled dishes from a brand new brick & mortar in Crestline Village. The grand opening is scheduled for July 1st.

A Culinary Collaboration

Feast, helmed by CEO Brett Ables, paired its business acumen with the culinary prowess of local chef Lindsey Noto-King to bring about this new venture. Their collaboration is anticipated by many, following the chef’s notable performance at the popular cooking show ‘Guy’s Grocery Games’ and successful enlistment in the co-founding of Croux, a platform designed for temporary staffing in the hospitality sector.

Having honed her skills from a very young age, Chef Lindsey brings with her a passion for food and creativity. She shared, “From making meatballs on Saturdays to devouring spaghetti on Sundays, my love for food started with my family. Now, I am thrilled to showcase my culinary talents to a wider audience by teaming up with Brett.”

Feast’s Mission

Spearheaded by Ables in 2020, Feast began as a company aimed at assisting struggling businesses to extend their services through catering. Observing the growing demand in Birmingham for non-standard catering items, he felt compelled to kick start this culinary kitchen.

Ables shared his excitement about the collaboration, expressing how Chef Lindsey fits perfectly within Feast’s vision. “Seeing the demand from customers for distinctive catering services encouraged the conception of this kitchen. We are stoked to be partnering with Lindsey – a chef of her stature and calibre is truly a fit for our vision.”

Feast’s Future Plans

Feast’s location is at 81 Church Street, Unit 104, Mountain Brook, Birmingham, and it promises a flavourful journey to all food enthusiasts. In addition to providing take-out services, Feast will be presenting an avenue for gastronomical learning by hosting a range of cooking classes later in the year.

Details regarding the opening of the brick & mortar store and upcoming cooking classes will be announced on Feast’s official social media channels – Instagram and Facebook, and their website.
