Kick off your Saturday morning at the Vestavia Hills Civic Center from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. for a fantastic free pancake breakfast with Santa. That’s right! You can enjoy a delicious stack of pancakes on the house while the kids get a chance to meet the man in red. Plus, no need to stress about reservations; just show up and have some festive fun!

Gingerbread Jam for a Cause

After filling your belly with pancakes, stick around for the Gingerbread Jam taking place at the Civic Center from 8 a.m. until noon. This special open house event is being hosted by the Megan Montgomery Foundation and features a gingerbread house competition aimed at raising money to help combat relationship violence. If you’ve entered the contest, make sure your creations are in by Friday for a chance to win! Don’t forget to come back at 11:45 a.m. for the big reveal of the winners!
