According to Jennifer DiSalvo, the head of Chase branches in Alabama, “We’re excited about our new branch coming to Mountain Brook. That’s a prime location, and this will be a larger branch footprint for us—with more offices for customers to meet privately with a Chase banker.” This indicates a commitment to enhancing customer experience and catering to the needs of the local community.

Regulatory Approval and Future Plans

Chase Bank has secured the necessary regulatory approval from the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, marking an important step toward establishing a presence in Mountain Brook. In addition to the Mountain Brook branch, Chase has plans to open another branch in Huntsville by the end of 2024. The bank has recently expanded its footprint in the region, including the opening of a branch in Hoover this past February.

This is a notable rise from around $28 million just a year prior.
