Shades Mountain Baptist Church’s “Breathe” Event Inspires and Refreshes Women

HOOVER, AL – Women Invited to Share Experiences and Recharge

Shades Mountain Baptist Church is set to host its Breathe women’s event on Sunday, August 18. Open to women of all ages, the event offers an opportunity to take a refreshing break from daily routines, recharge, and share personal stories. The event is destined to be a night of inspiration, fellowship, and dessert sharing. It will be held at the church’s location at 2017 Columbiana Road, starting at 5 p.m. in the worship center.

A Night of Inspiration and Connection

The Breathe event, aptly named to encourage women to pause from their fast-paced lives to inhale a breath of refreshing camaraderie, aims to foster a sense of community among attendees. The event invites women to engage in meaningful conversations with others and share experiences that could benefit others. The aim is to uplift one another through shared narratives and find common ground.

Special Guest Speaker – Taryn Clark

The event will feature Taryn Clark, who will kick off the evening by sharing her deeply personal and highly motivational story of hope and perseverance with the attendees. Her talk is expected to be an inspiration to all present and sets the tone for the evening.

Fostering Unity and Encouraging Authentic Communication

In a world where social distancing has forced many people to turn to digital forms of communication, this event provides women with the opportunity to connect in person in a safe environment. The gathering allows women to unplug from the virtual realm, connect on a personal level, share experiences, and hopefully discover commonalities that promote deeper understanding and foster stronger ties.

Dessert and Conversation

As part of the evening’s agenda, women are invited to enjoy a variety of desserts. This sweet addition to the night not only adds a fun culinary aspect but also encourages conversation among attendees, creating a relaxed and congenial atmosphere where women can express themselves freely.

Sign Up for Breathe

No registration is required for this event, making it easy for anyone interested to attend without the hassle of pre-event registrations. The Shades Mountain Baptist Church welcomes all women in and around the community to attend, encouraging them to bring a friend and enjoy a night of inspiration, friendship, and sweet treats.
