By bringing attention to their contributions, the initiative encourages an atmosphere of mutual respect, appreciation, and acknowledgment towards the work and efforts undertaken by women in the city.

As the deadline for nominations draws near, citizens are encouraged to put forth the names of women they believe should be honored for their strength, resilience, and commitment to the betterment of the city.
