In his post, Woodfin stated, “We’re so excited about the upcoming arrival of our baby girl!! Kendra, You’re so BEAUTIFUL! You look stunning. I love you!!” Representing their excitement, the couple shared gender reveal photos showcasing their dress code in shades of pink with floral accents, set against a stunning pink floral backdrop. This happy announcement follows their marriage in October 2023 and the earlier notification in March of the year 2024 that “Baby Woodfin coming August 2024“.

Mayor Woodfin is preparing to embrace fatherhood for the first time. His wife, Kendra, however, is already a mother to two wonderful children from her previous marriage. Kendra, whose maiden name is Morris, is the owner and broker at Iron City Premier Realty, a leading real estate brokerage firm based in Birmingham. Both the Woodfins are proud natives of Birmingham.
The announcement was met with an outpouring of well-wishes and congratulatory messages from Birmingham’s residents, and fellow public officials. It has been a moment of cheer and happiness in the community, with locals eager to welcome the new member of the Woodfin family.
