Birmingham Mayor and Wife Announce Big Baby News

Birmingham Mayor Randall Woodfin and his wife, Kendra Woodfin, revealed exciting baby news this past weekend. The couple announced via Facebook that they are expecting a baby girl, much to the delight of Birmingham residents.

Mayor Woodfin shared a heartfelt post on Facebook on Saturday. “We’re so excited about the upcoming arrival of our baby girl!! Kendra, You’re so BEAUTIFUL! You look stunning. I love you!!” He wrote.

The ecstatic couple shared shots from their gender reveal event where they were seen dressed in pink with floral accents against a stunning pink floral background, an evident forecast of their baby’s gender.

A First-Time Father

This arrival marks the first child for Mayor Woodfin. On the other hand, Kendra who previously went by the name Kendra Morris, has two children from a previous marriage. She now echoes the excitement of becoming a mother for the third time.

The Woodfins tied the knot in October 2023 and broke the news in March that a ‘Baby Woodfin’ was expected to arrive in August 2024. This delightful journey of parenthood has been closely followed and celebrated by their community.
