City authorities have joined forces with HdL Companies, a leading government software provider, to enhance customer service and streamline the tax process for businesses. The new software will enable business owners to pay through e-checks, thus taking a step forward towards digital transformation.
The registration process for the new system kicked off this week, and the City Tax Collection Management has stressed the importance of pre-deadline registration by existing businesses.

As per the directive by the Birmingham Tax Collections Manager, Yolanda Lawson, businesses failing to register by the stipulated date will face detriments.
